The Adventures of Gingerbread Jim - Visiting flooded New Hampshire
Gingerbread Jim has made his way up to New Hampshire to see for himself the flooded areas. In this picture, Jim was in Epsom at Webster Park. He had told me that the last time he had visited Webster Park, it was a beautiful day and he was on the river canoeing. Nothing he would consider doing right now. Not with the river so high. Many people in the area were under water and out of there homes. He said that lots of roads are closed and even some are passable, but slow going. As you can tell in this picture, Jim took a step into the mighty Suncook River and almost lost his footing. Jim would like to take this moment to let everyone know, what he did was not smart. Flooded rivers such as this, could easily take you down stream and possible take your life. Defininately not the smartest thing Jim has ever done, but he made it bad to shore safely and thats what matters.
Jim added that he will be writing me every week, so keep your eyes open for The Adventures of Gingerbread Jim.
