Ransom Note and clue?

This ransom note and what looks to be clue to Gingerbread Jim's location, was sent to me over the weekend. It has been sent to the authorities and they can't seem to make heads or tails of this. So now it is your turn. This person seems to mean business and we only have a month to find Jim. Can you help me find Jim and return him back to New Hampshire. Jim's girlfriend Sherri as well as the rest of us, miss Jim very much and would like for him to come home safe and sound.
