The Adventures of Gingerbread Jim - At the Carnival

Well, Jim has sent me a letter from Macon, Georgia. He is down there visiting some of his friends. He says that there is a carnival in town and just had to go. Jim loves rollercoasters and they had this huge one. He wanted to go on it, but they said he wasn't tall enough and that there was a kiddie coaster he could ride. So he waited in line for 20 minutes and finally got on, and sat next to this little boy. Ummm, this kiddie coaster didn't go fast or high at all, but the boy next to him thought so. He screamed for his mother the whole time and just when the coaster came to a stop, he barfed on Jim. On the bright side, they said Jim could stay on for another ride if he wanted, but he said no thanks. Jim did clean up and stay for a bit longer and ended up winning a few things at the carnival games. Things like a toothpick holder and a small bag of fake pennies. He played $18 just to win two silly prizes. Well Jim normally loves the carnival, but I think this wasn't one of his best visits. Oh well. Next week Jim said he will be in Boulder, Colorado for Boulder Days.
